Kisspeptin-10 is the smallest active fragment of the naturally occurring kisspeptin neuropeptide. It acts as a primary regulator of the reproductive system by stimulating the hypothalamus to release Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH), subsequently elevating Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) to trigger testosterone production in men and egg maturation in women
